A little more about me…

I am a wife, dog mom, Georgia Bulldog football fanatic, and lover of all things food and wellness. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from The University of Georgia and a Master’s degree in Sports Media from Valparaiso University. I earned my nutrition certification through Precision Nutrition’s Level 1 Certification and hold a CSCS certification through the NSCA. In total, I have spent over 10 years in the wellness industry.

Playing competitive soccer from a young age provided little exposure to the fitness industry beyond the sport itself. While studying at UGA, I completed a sports medicine internship with the United States Olympic Committee. During my time with the USOC, I was lucky enough to work closely with the strength and conditioning staff. They taught me the basics of compound lifting and programming which ignited my passion for health and fitness.

My journey has not been without struggles. During my internship, I developed a terrible relationship with food that left me feeling trapped and isolated. Through years of therapy, education, and self-discovery, I broke free from those harmful cycles. My own struggles with an eating disorder deeply impacted my perspective on health and wellness. After years of battling, I discovered the importance of sustainable practices and the detrimental effects of restrictive diets. I’m now focused on helping others build a balanced and fulfilling relationship with food and exercise. I create personalized plans that prioritize long-term well-being, removing the stress and restrictions of traditional "diets." My goal is to empower you to embrace a healthy lifestyle that feels natural and enjoyable, leading to lasting results and a boost in self-confidence.

Whether you’re looking for personalized nutrition coaching, structured gym programs, or a guide to sustainable health habits, I’m here to help you every step of the way. Thank you for trusting me to be part of your health journey. I can’t wait to help you thrive!
